The special load cells used in ForceCal calibration kits are traceable to UKAS standards and give a calibration accuracy of +/- 0.01%. This means that, in line with ISO 9000 recommendations for calibration, weighing systems can be certified to +/-0.03%. (Three times calibration accuracy).
